Michael has had the privilege of working with a wide range of brands, including Kith, Scarpetta, Reformation, Aimé Leon Dore, Jack’s Wife Freda, and Garrett Leight, and has completed over 50 deals with The Dermatology Specialists.

Eric Best
Eric has over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, with a diverse background in brand operations and commercial real estate. He co-founded the womenswear label Miaou and launched the luxury footwear brand Arielle Baron. He has also held positions at Balenciaga, Lanvin, and Givenchy, and later joined Robin Zendell & Associates, where he supported the LVMH Group, including Dior and Fendi, on high-profile retail deals in Manhattan.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Eric spent much of his life living in France, studying at both La Sorbonne and Parsons Paris before completing his degree in Design Management at Parsons in New York. He later moved to Los Angeles, where he spent five years building the business for Miaou and Arielle Baron.
Eric brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate, one shaped by his experience as a founder and operator. He understands how creative leaders think, because he’s navigated those same decisions himself. Fluent in both the creative and analytical sides of business, he speaks the same language as decision makers in fashion and design. His work is guided by an intuitive grasp of brand identity and a strategic approach to market positioning, helping clients secure spaces that reflect and elevate their vision.

With a background in Real Estate from Tulane University and two years at CBRE in the Retail Advisory group, Kate brings a strong foundation of industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Her time at CBRE sharpened her market insight and executional precision, which she now applies to her work at Everstreet.
