Michael Yadgard
Michael is a native of Montreal who began his real estate career in New York City in 2001. He joined the Compass team in 2019, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate sector.
Michael’s career began in office leasing in Manhattan’s Garment District, before expanding into the retail world. Today, his expertise spans office, retail, hospitality, medical leasing, and investment sales. He is known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of every facet of a transaction - from deal structure and local codes to construction, compliance, and legal nuances.
Michael has had the privilege of working with a wide range of brands, including Kith, Scarpetta, Reformation, Aimé Leon Dore, Jack’s Wife Freda, Garrett Leight, and has completed over 50 deals with The Dermatology Specialists.

Noah Jay is a founding partner at Everstreet Partners, where he specializes in tenant representation throughout New York City and across the country. With a strong background in real estate and extensive experience helping startups scale nationally, Noah offers a sharp eye for strategic placement and brand alignment in dynamic urban environments.

Eric has over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, with a diverse background in brand operations, and commercial real estate. He co-founded the womenswear label Miaou and helped lead the launch of luxury footwear brand Arielle Baron.
He also held roles at Balenciaga, Lanvin, and Givenchy, and later worked at Robin Zendell & Associates, where he supported the LVMH Group, including brands like Dior and Fendi on key retail deals in Manhattan.
