Michael’s career began in office leasing in Manhattan’s Garment District, before expanding into the retail world. Today, his expertise spans office, retail, hospitality, medical leasing, and investment sales. He is known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of every facet of a transaction - from deal structure and local codes to construction, compliance, and legal nuances.
Michael has had the privilege of working with a wide range of brands, including Kith, Scarpetta, Reformation, Aimé Leon Dore, Jack’s Wife Freda, and Garrett Leight, and has completed over 50 deals with The Dermatology Specialists.
Noah Jay
Noah Jay is a founding partner at Everstreet Partners, where he specializes in tenant representation throughout New York City and across the country. With a strong background in real estate and extensive experience helping startups scale nationally, Noah offers a sharp eye for strategic placement and brand alignment in dynamic urban environments.
In addition to his work with consumer-facing brands, Noah frequently advises financial firms—including hedge funds, venture capital firms, and family offices—on securing premier office space in New York’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Deeply embedded in the Downtown New York fashion, art, and hospitality scenes, Noah brings a unique cultural insight to his work, maintaining a keen awareness of the city’s ever-evolving cool factor. His approach bridges culture and commerce, helping brands secure locations that not only perform financially but also align authentically with their identity and audience.
Noah represents an array of forward-thinking and established brands including Proenza Schouler, Danielle Frankel, Breads Bakery, Chimi, Akila, Moschino, Lepere, PatBO, Peoples Hospitality, Lawson-Fenning, Happy Munkey, and others.
Eric Best
Eric has over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, with a diverse background in brand operations and commercial real estate. He co-founded the womenswear label Miaou and launched the luxury footwear brand Arielle Baron. He has also held positions at Balenciaga, Lanvin, and Givenchy, and later joined Robin Zendell & Associates, where he supported the LVMH Group, including Dior and Fendi, on high-profile retail deals in Manhattan.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Eric spent much of his life living in France, studying at both La Sorbonne and Parsons Paris before completing his degree in Design Management at Parsons in New York. He later moved to Los Angeles, where he spent five years building the business for Miaou and Arielle Baron.
Eric brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate, one shaped by his experience as a founder and operator. He understands how creative leaders think, because he’s navigated those same decisions himself. Fluent in both the creative and analytical sides of business, he speaks the same language as decision makers in fashion and design. His work is guided by an intuitive grasp of brand identity and a strategic approach to market positioning, helping clients secure spaces that reflect and elevate their vision.
Kate Vannini
Kate is a valued member of the support team at Everstreet Partners, where she ensures operations stay structured, efficient, and on track. From transaction management to team coordination and logistical support, she plays a central role in keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly.
With a background in Real Estate from Tulane University and two years at CBRE in the Retail Advisory group, Kate brings a strong foundation of industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Her time at CBRE sharpened her market insight and executional precision, which she now applies to her work at Everstreet.
Kate’s attention to detail, organizational savvy, and calm, focused approach make her a key contributor to the team’s success. Whether managing timelines or supporting strategic initiatives, she helps keep Everstreet moving forward with clarity and confidence.
